Design-focused architecture, precise in every phase.

Good architecture solves the problem in front of it — but the best solutions usually come from somewhere unexpected. Working across hospitality, mixed-use, club, office, and community projects gives us a wider frame of reference than most firms our size. That range shows up in the work: a hospitality eye on a residential amenity, a civic sensibility on a private club. We bring that breadth to every project, alongside the technical precision to build it right.

Masterplanning

We develop masterplans that give long-term projects a clear framework through phasing, infrastructure, design standards, and the flexibility to adapt as conditions change. From mixed-use sites to membership clubs, this work involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and making decisions early that hold up later. Individual buildings are only as good as the plan they’re part of.

Adaptive Reuse & Historic Buildings

We work on historic buildings and adaptive reuse projects throughout central Ohio, applying the same integrated architecture and interior design approach to buildings that carry history and context. Our work includes facilities assessments, critical observation reports, and design that navigates historic district guidelines, reinforced by our staff’s service on local architectural review boards. We work closely with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) on design review and collaborate with preservation consultants who handle tax credit applications and grant processes.
