Deering Bay Country Club

First developed as a conceptual design and feasibility study for significant alterations and operational improvements for the existing main clubhouse, the facility will receive new fitness offerings, aquatic amenities, a kids’ social space, new food and beverage offerings, a performance kitchen, and a 19th hole course sidebar through a series of alterations and expansions. With significant modifications to the operations, the building’s distinctive design and stylistic presence will be even more refined and complement the overall community.
