AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter
Connecting guests to place
Inspired by the distinctive “Georgia red clay” and the neighborhood vibrancy of one of Atlanta’s largest business districts, the building’s colored wall panels highlight the activity of the lobby area below and the lounge space above.
The ground floor houses the hotel lobby, breakfast, meeting rooms, bar/lounge, and back-of-house spaces. At the southeast corner, exterior glazing is angled inward to allow the “red clay” box to cantilever and float above floors 2-6 as a prominent feature visible from the surrounding area. Subtle angles extend into the ground-level patio area and the terraced base of native landscaping.
A curated collection of artwork and modern design elements utilizing subtle tones and crisp, clean lines are integrated throughout the floor. The multi-functional design and the brand’s signature kitchen offer an inviting ambiance for guests.
The 156-key hotel offers panoramic views that welcome guests and locals alike.
The sense of place developed through the guests’ journey culminates at the rooftop bar and lounge, the first in the area. These public amenities are incorporated alongside a wing of guestrooms and the hotel’s fitness center.
The rooftop bar features a 4-sided indoor/outdoor bar, with a trellis structure outside with self-adjusting louvers that provide optimized shade relative to the sun angles. The backdrop of panoramic landscape and city views drawing guests and locals alike.
