Adaptive Reuse & Historic Buildings
We work on historic buildings and adaptive reuse projects throughout central Ohio, bringing the same integrated architecture and interior design approach to buildings of cultural significance. Our work includes facilities assessments, critical observation reports, and design that navigates historic district guidelines — experience reinforced by our staff’s service on local architectural review boards. We work closely with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) on design review and collaborate with preservation consultants who handle tax credit applications and grant processes.
