Putting a spotlight on luxury living in southwest Florida.
A multi-phase project, the West Bay community offers six newly developed spaces for golf, fitness, and community.
Surrounded by 868 acres of lush tropical landscape, the West Bay community boasts a strong and active membership. The multi-phase project included redesigning and developing six amenity spaces to enhance the member experience.
The completely renovated clubhouse includes a signature bar, dining areas and locker rooms, as well as updates to The Niblick, a casual, pub-style eatery along the course. The club’s community center saw a complete redesign and the addition of poolside dining and fitness buildings to offer more recreational opportunities for the community at large, as will the renovated private beach club located at Bonita Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Designed through member feedback to reimagine a hospitality-driven experience for continued growth.
Our team focused on ensuring the design is cohesive across all six buildings while weighing input from committees representing the golf and residential communities and coordinating our overall vision. These meetings and interactions with West Bay members provided additional context for our designs, highlighting the community’s various activities and services and attracting new members for years.
The final element of West Bay is its Beach Club on Bonita Beach on the Gulf Coast. Anticipated to be completed in September 2023, the club will host a full-service restaurant and bar, changing rooms, and direct beach access for lounging, dining, swimming, and kayaking. It will offer creative Florida cuisine served in an Old Key West atmosphere.
