This 119-unit extended-stay TownePlace Suites is the first phase of an overall mixed-use development within the Lane Avenue commercial corridor of Upper Arlington, Ohio. The project utilizes an articulated brick and stone facade to create depth and shadow within the exterior design while also meeting the high design standards of the area zoning overlay. The hotel incorporates a brand prototypical interior design package within a custom ground floor layout, incorporating large windows throughout to capture an abundance of natural light inside and activate the streetscape outside.
