Dayton Convention Center Hotel
A new era for Dayton's hospitality scene
Meyers+Associates conducted a feasibility study for a 200-room hotel near the Dayton Convention Center. We envision more than just lodging. This iconic destination, blending history with modernity, promises a distinct experience for guests.
Meyers+Associates embarked on a visionary project, conducting a preliminary feasibility study for a 200-room hotel near the Dayton Convention Center to revitalize the area. Our design concept explores innovative amenities and ground-level spaces for future-forward businesses, creating a vibrant hub for the city.
With limited walkable hotel options from the convention center, this project is a crucial addition to Dayton’s hospitality landscape. Our design narrative weaves together elements of Dayton’s automotive and aviation history with modern design poised for the future of the city. The hotel concept features a pedestrian bridge beckoning guests to the convention center, public terraces offering city views, and immersive street-level experiences. This upscale destination promises distinct encounters, catering to the discerning tastes of modern travelers and conference attendees.
