Upon completion of his master's degree from The Ohio State University, Shawn obtained his architecture license in 2004 from the State of Ohio and belongs to the AIA, NCARB, the OSU Austin E. Knowlton School of Architecture Alumni Society Board, and The Ohio State University Alumni Association. While in school, Shawn was a 4-year Varsity Letter winner for Ohio State University's Varsity Wrestling Team and he also qualified and competed in the 2000 Olympic Trials for wrestling. He currently stays involved in the sport through mentoring and coaching.

Kurt joined Meyers + Associates in April 2014. During his studies at the University of Cincinnati, Kurt was able to participate in numerous co-op assignments, providing experience in various project types and project locations. These experiences included work on high-end residences near Hilton Head Island, a historic performing arts project in New York City, and high-rise residential towers in Chicago. These experiences, along with his graduate research, led to Kurt's interest in how existing traditions and relationships produce architectural innovation and provide community enhancement that resonates with nuances of place and character.

Danielle joined Meyers + Associates in April of 2015 as an Interior Design Associate. She began her career studying Interior Design at The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Design. After graduating, she focused on retail design within Columbus for several years. Since joining Meyers + Associates, she has worked on various projects including corporate offices, retail spaces, and hospitality design. Danielle recognizes that the design process should be a fluid and creative collaboration that explores unique solutions to address a client’s needs. Some of Danielle’s design interests lie within historical architectural details, environmentally conscious design, and simplicity. Outside of the office, Danielle is dedicated to giving back to the Columbus community through volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and as a community mentor for Big Brothers Big Sister. More recently Danielle has become involved in the biking scene prominent in Columbus, leading her to raise money and participate in the annual Pelotonia bike event.
