As a LEED Certified building, this redevelopment of the former Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe site includes the introduction of a 136-suite hotel. The facility features a combination of king, queen and accessible units with various offerings. Constrained by existing buildings and railroad tracks, the project included site-optimization analysis to accommodate the necessary parking count and yielded a custom building design and layout. Some of the amenities include enlarged public spaces with soft walls for transforming spaces, indoor pool and larger fitness spaces with indoor-outdoor connections, and flexible meeting spaces. Due to the proximity to The Ohio State University Campus, the hotel features a custom Interior design package including unique finish selections, custom furniture, artwork and accessories that pay tribute to the location.
