The 10-story, 150 unit extended-stay Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Downtown features overlooks Pittsburgh’s active and vibrant warehouse district, which is adjacent to the Conventions Center and Three Rivers Stadium. The project uses a double-level parking structure with a light gauge metal framing system for speed of construction. The LEED efforts on the project include an expansive roof garden and highly efficient energy management systems.
